This reverts commit 1daaf9aa0f8013c9a7afd07d7d732b217222003a. The
default configuration of these VHT parameters results in a regression
for architectures that do not support TX Beamforming. This should check
for the capability of the driver before adding these functionality,
hence revert the change for now.
