qcacld-3.0: Disable TX credit cmd and status rings for Kiwi
Kiwi target does not use the TX credit cmd ring and the
TX status ring.
Hence disable these srngs for Kiwi target.

over bash's limitation, so create lim.c file to includes all lim layer
common files to save some room.
